We don’t recommend it. Typically, the exchange rate at the airport is much lower than in exchange points of any district of Kyiv. Sometimes the difference between a rate of the terminal of the airport and a rate of the usual city exchange point can be 10%.
At Kyiv International Airport (IEV, Zhuliany) the exchange rate is always low. So, last week you could buy 24.5 UAH for one dollar in the airport and 26.10 UAH at the currency exchange point in the Kyiv city. So, if you exchange $100 at the airport, you can loosw 160 UAH.
